Along with the internationalization, innovation is one of the main axes on which RUBI ® bases its international strength. Recent strategic changes in the company have only strengthened its commitment to innovation through ongoing research.
For this reason, the R + D of Germans Boada has been strengthened to cope with the more ambitious, multidisciplinary team which combining youth with training and experience. The group has three offices in which we work in parallel on innovation and development projects with the aim of improving the "time to market" and creativity.
Also aware that innovation should serve the user and the participation of construction professionals at various stages of the development process is contributing to projects significantly providing an added value for future buyers.
The sales and marketing teams work closely with the research and development department with the aim of defining the product adequatly in order to meet the needs of our customers worldwide. To reinforce this point, the group has dedicated personnel to visit and accompany works construction professionals in their day to day, to learn, first hand, the changing needs of industry and thus evolve products constantly.
