In Cevisama 2013, RUBI ® has introduced the TC-180, its first circle cutter. Equipped with a diamond wheel of 180 mm. in diameter, this cutter is capable of cutting both dry and wet, as it is possible to connect it to a vacuum or to a whose.
This cutter is specially designed for cutting ceramic and stone materials in large format, with its guide system of 80 cm. length. Connectable between each other.
The TC-180, designed for cutting large format, reduces handling of large, heavy, fragile pieces. Rather than the moving the material, the user only has to move the cutter to the workpiece, saving effort and reducing risk of fracture of the material. In addition, its small size makes it an ideal solution for use in restoration and renovations, where space is often limited.
The TC-180 cutter is fitted with a 1800 W motor and allows the cutting of materials up to 55 mm thickness with high precision thanks to its system for regulating cutting depth. And thanks to its small size, this compact circular cutter is served in a handy carrying case, very useful for the user, and incorporates, as standard, a lateral stop to ensure the parallelism of the cuts, a breaker switch PRCD of maximum security and a small direct drive gearbox for any vacuum. |
